Organizational clients
Your team needs to implement AI—not just talk about it.
Our programs close the gap between knowing AI matters and actually using it to get real work done. Your team learns together, builds shared language, and leaves with systems — not just knowledge — that compound over time.
Our Series
Our organizational engagements are anchored in learning the fundamentals + applying them in meaningful ways. Each includes one of the following series:
-
Learn to use the key features of AI systems like projects, model selection, memory, and connectors. These transform your AI use from one-off chats into reusable systems that upgrade the quality of every interaction. Taught using your AI of choice.
-
For teams ready to go deeper. Learn the professional-grade tools Anthropic has shipped—Claude in Excel, Claude in PowerPoint, Claude Skills, and Claude in Chrome. Requires Foundations or equivalent knowledge.
-
Learn to work with more and larger documents, schedule work to be done asynchronously, and hand off work to be done by Claude in Chrome or your computer.
Support for results
Each series is available at three levels of engagement, which differ in how deeply the learning is customized and embedded into your team's work.
Learning
Build shared knowledge with a proven curriculum.
- 5 live sessions, 75–90 minutes
- Assignments with feedback
- Session recordings and user guides
- Post-program survey shared with leadership
Best for teams that want efficient, structured training with minimal customization.
Application
Customize the curriculum to your team's actual work.
- Everything in Learning, plus:
- Pre-program task inventory to surface real use cases
- Custom session designed around your highest-value needs
- Dedicated Slack channel for between-session support
- Leadership advisory: mid-point check-in and post-program debrief
Best for teams that want to connect the material to their specific work.
Transformation
Embed AI into workflows with individual support.
- Everything in Application, plus:
- 1:1 coaching pool (1.5 hrs per person, flexibly allocated)
- Key Moves video library (6 months access)
- Extended leadership engagement: kickoff working session, mid-point advisory, debrief
Best where the goal is not just learning but lasting shifts in how people work.
Let's design the right program for your team
Every organization starts in a different place. Tell us about your team and goals, and we'll recommend a curriculum and engagement level that fit.
Custom Engagements
Beyond our core programs, we offer engagements designed to meet specific needs
-
Targeted sessions built around the tools and tasks your team actually uses such as Claude in Excel for finance or research teams, business process automation for ops teams, etc.
-
License our curriculum for your own facilitators, clients, members, or grantees. We can also train your internal champions to deliver and adapt the material so AI fluency spreads through your organization, not just from us.
-
For organizations that need to reach hundreds of employees, we build asynchronous programs — video modules adapted to your AI platform, assignments with individualized feedback, completion tracking, and implementation support. Structured weekly releases keep momentum; leadership gets visibility into adoption patterns across teams.
FAQs
-
Our base pricing covers up to 10 participants. If your group is smaller, you may want to enroll in one of our open cohorts.
-
The Foundations curriculum can be adapted to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. We no longer teach Copilot courses because it is not a tool we recommend and is therefore not a tool we use ourselves.
-
Yes. The single biggest level-up in AI is paying for it. Free accounts use weaker models, have fewer tools, and return worse output. If you're resource-constrained, you'd be better off paying for AI than paying to work with us.

A typical engagement is 14 weeks, with an advisory session to start, a debrief to close, and content sessions every other week over a 3-month span.
