Custom Engagements

Beyond our core programs, we offer engagements designed to meet specific needs

  • Targeted sessions built around the tools and tasks your team actually uses such as Claude in Excel for finance or research teams, business process automation for ops teams, etc.

  • License our curriculum for your own facilitators, clients, members, or grantees. We can also train your internal champions to deliver and adapt the material so AI fluency spreads through your organization, not just from us.

  • For organizations that need to reach hundreds of employees, we build asynchronous programs — video modules adapted to your AI platform, assignments with individualized feedback, completion tracking, and implementation support. Structured weekly releases keep momentum; leadership gets visibility into adoption patterns across teams.

FAQs

  • Our base pricing covers up to 10 participants. If your group is smaller, you may want to enroll in one of our open cohorts.

  • Yes. Some organizations start with Foundations to build shared fluency, then move to Claude for Work. Others do both in parallel with different groups. We'll help you design the right sequence.

  • The Foundations curriculum can be adapted to your AI of choice — ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini. The Claude offerings are specific to, you guessed it Claude. They require a Claude Team or Enterprise subscription.

  • Pricing scales up with tier and down with team size. We'll share specific pricing once we understand your needs.

  • Yes. The single biggest level-up in AI is paying for it. Free accounts use weaker models, have fewer tools, and return worse output. If you're resource-constrained, you'd be better off paying for AI than paying to work with us.

  • The Learning tier runs weekly over ~5 weeks. Application and Transformation run every other week over ~12 weeks, giving participants more time to apply skills between sessions.
